Avalon

The purpose of these ordinances are to protect the health,safety and welfare of all individuals residing in or visiting Avalon.

100.1 Animals must be properly contained.Such as in a cage or proper pen.

100.2 Free rangeing animals are permitted. Lists of these animals will be provided in due time.They are the only animals allowed to free range.

100.3 Illegal animals are prohibited. Look up state and federal law for lists.

100.4 Animal abuse or sacrifice will not be tolerated.

100.5 All diseased (only the contagious) and rabid animals will be terminated unless cureable which they will be contained until cured.

100.6 Only kill what you eat Unless the animal endangers ones life or animals life.

100.7 If the people of Avalon Dislike an animal it will have to leave.Such as a pet that disturbs others.

example: Your pig stinks up the whole neighborhood.

200.1 Plants that are invasive must be kept contained.

300.1 Children must be watched . If they break the law their parents or legal gardians are responsible.

300.2 Vandalism of Avalonian property or private property is prohibited.

300.3 Trespassing is prohibited when the owner of the property has a visable sign stating "NO TRESPASSING"

300.4 Littering will not be tolerated.There will be trash can avalible for disposing of trash.

300.5 Stealing ,breaking and entering aned fraud are not tolerated.

300.6 All illegal drugs are banned and will not be tolerated.

example: Pot ,LSD, Meth,Cocaine...ect.,..

300.7 Creating false reports against another is prohibited.

300.8 Bribery of the Avalonian council will not be allowed.(let us not be a corrupt society!)

Laws can be changed at any time and may be removed,added and reinstated.
