Avalon

Hello everyone. I know that when I make my energy efficient cod home I will need a roommate or I will go mad. LOL. But as long as this person does mind a growing library every year.  I would have a dog in the home if they were trained to go outside and use the bathroom. I am a clean freak so I am not very fond of kitty litter cause the house smells like poo and all that, but in general I am not a huge animal person and will have a lot of food going into my home and cleansing tools for my water. I know my house will be like a huge basement deep in the ground with a dome top so it will be warm in the winter and cool in the summer. My Electric will be stored my my home made solar panels with nice hot heated water and I will have a nice little water tower the will be warmed up by the water heater that way it will kill most of the germs and all that plus it is very inexpensive to make. But if anyone wants to share these luxuries with me they are more then welcome.
